The puppies really grew this week. We are working on weaning them so Sydni can get some well deserved rest. She is such a good mom! She stands and eats while they nurse. They are eating solid puppy food on their own now – no more puppy mash for them. All puppies gained close to two lbs the past week. Since the weather is unusually warm for this time of year, they are get some outside time where they get to be around the other dogs as well.
Sydni left them alone for a few hours on Sunday to spend time running with Yuppie. She would keep a watchful eye on them however to make sure that none of the other dogs pestered them.
